Expert 365 Pty Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates www.tgk.b1e.myftpupload.com (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

Expert 365 uses your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site and for lead generation on interested customers. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”).

2. Personal Information the Company Collects and Holds.

Examples of the personal information the Company collects and holds includes information such as the user’s name, email address, account profiles and passwords, IP address, telephone number and/or telephone conversations, live chat messages and/or contents from e-mails, physical addresses, Service selections and orders, and credit card number(s) and other financial information, and anything else a user provides to the Company that can in any manner identify the user individually.

3. Methods of Information Collection, Including Collection of Personal Information.

Your information, including your personal, may be collected through your direct interactions with our Site, email or written correspondence, telephone calls, or web based forms or from third party providers.

5. Hosted Data.

Through its Services, the Company provides technology hosting services used to host a variety of internet-based solutions, including websites and other internet-based communication and applications (including “mobile apps”). As a result, the Company’s hosting services store and transmit information about our customers, their business, as well as information collected by those businesses (the “Hosted Info”). Hosted Info may include personal information, device information, device data and other information that belongs to our customers’ own customers, website visitors, or other users.
With respect to all Hosted Info, the Company is a passive recipient and takes no active part in collecting or storing any Hosted Info. Moreover, except in extraordinary cases, the Company does not purposefully access any Hosted Info. However, the Company and its agents may occasionally access Hosted Info through the delivery of services and support and such access shall be permissible for all purposes.

6. Sharing of Information.

As a matter of policy, we will not sell or rent information about you and we will not disclose your personal information in a manner inconsistent with this Policy except as required by law or government regulation. We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties, to enforce laws such as those regarding intellectual property rights, fraud and other personal rights. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you, including your personal information, to law enforcement, other government officials, or any other third party that we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us, or you, to criminal or civil liability.

We may use an engineering partner for providing parts of our customer service. Our engineering partner is bound by an NDA to keeping all data confidential and follows our security processes. If you request technical support from us, we assume your consent that both us and our engineering partner may see your data. You can delete and edit data stored in your tenant at any time by yourself.

For providing our Services to you, we use selected third parties:

Google Inc. (”Google”) provides email and web analytics services. Web analytics data is collected in anonymous form (“anonymizeIP()”). You can opt-out here.
GoDaddy (“GDDY”) provides the web hosting infrastructure services for hosting company web site.
Microsoft Azure (“MSFT”) provides platform and infrastructure services for our public cloud offering, web application and web services.
Telstra (“TLS” provides telecommunications infrastructure services and account subscriptions for the use of M2M accounting, data and services for devices.

Request to Remove Personal Information

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data (“opt-out”). We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) how we intend to use your data or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for the purpose for which it was collected. You can exercise your opt-out right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data as well as a later time as described below.

Upon request, we will provide you with reasonable access to personal data about you in our possession, and will take reasonable steps to permit you to correct, amend, or delete personal data that you demonstrate to be inaccurate or incomplete.

You may also opt-out of future correspondence by updating your preferences using the link on the footer of e-mail correspondence.

Where we can provide information access and correction, we will do so at no cost to you, except where it would require a disproportionate effort. Accordingly, after your information is deleted, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers or remove information from our backup systems.

We recommend you do not physically record your password and that if you do, you store it in a safe location that is not easily accessibly to unauthorized parties. We cannot claim responsibility for data that is lost due to weak passwords.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Version of the Privacy Policy is effective as of the Effective Date, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
